Catherine Hooper

Catherine first joined G4S in 2018 as HR Director for Cash Solutions, UK and soon moved into the role of HR Director, for the Global Cash Division. Catherine previously held senior HR roles at GB Airways (a franchise of British Airways), Virgin Atlantic and Cornhill Insurance.

Following the sale of the cash solutions business, Catherine joined the executive Committee to lead the HR function across the group. In such a people intensive business, the HR community across G4S provides essential services ranging from hiring, screening and training hundreds of thousands of front line employees each year, to nurturing the organisational culture and values which enable our leaders to excel in a demanding, fast paced business environment.
