Jim M.

Jim M. has extensive experience in leadership and management within the manufacturing and security sectors. Since June 2014, Jim has served as Head of UK South at G4S, after previously holding roles as Cluster General Manager and Site Manager at G4S Cash Solutions from June 2010 to June 2014. Prior to G4S, Jim worked as a Lean and 6 Sigma Consultant at Monier, where Lean Manufacturing principles were introduced, and as General Manager of Value Streams at Cummins Power Generation, overseeing manufacturing activities across two sites from June 2002 to March 2010. Jim's career began at Rolls-Royce, progressing from maintenance engineer to Plant Leader from 1985 to 2002, where key contributions included leading the development of Blisk technology and training in Lean practices. Jim holds a degree from the University of Warwick, completed between 1999 and 2001.
