Julie Moorhouse currently serves as Operations Manager at G4S since May 2021. With extensive experience at Capita since October 1998, Julie holds the title of Operational Enablement Manager, focusing on performance efficiency and employee engagement across multiple brands and UK sites. During the pandemic, Julie took on a temporary managerial role to support a team of remote advisors for the Department for Work and Pensions. Previous roles include Team Manager and Quality Manager across various units, as well as Customer Experience Advisor for BT Cellnet and O2 Customer Services. Julie completed education at Mexborough Comprehensive School from 1984 to 1989.
