Soaad Zaki

Soaad Zaki, LLM, is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles across different sectors. Currently serving as Regional Legal Counsel for G4S in the Middle East since April 2024, Soaad handles day-to-day operational legal inquiries and assists in reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts in the MENA region. Previously, Soaad worked as Senior Legal Counsel at Sinotharwa Drilling Company, advising on renewable energy regulations in the MENA region, and held positions as Regional Director at the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights, Lease Contracts Specialist at Majid Al Futtaim, and Legal Coordinator at Danone. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees from Ain Shams University, including a Master of Laws in private law and a Bachelor of Laws, complemented by a Higher National Diploma in alternative dispute resolution and a diploma in international trade.
