Suzanne Barnard

Suzanne Barnard is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive leadership experience in nursing and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Director of Nursing and Quality Assurance/Safeguarding Lead/Freedom to Speak up Guardian at Newcross Healthcare Solutions since September 2023, Suzanne also holds the position of Director of Community Care at G4S. Previous roles include Hospital Director and Safeguarding Lead at Elysium Healthcare, as well as various positions at Priory Group, including Hospital Director and Director of Clinical Services. Additionally, Suzanne has served as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Northampton and has a strong background in incident investigation. Suzanne holds a First Class (Hons) degree in Nursing from the University of Northampton.
