Michel Gonzalez Hernandez has extensive experience in loyalty programs and payment methods management, currently serving as the Gerente Programa de Lealtad y Metodos de Pago at G500 since January 2018. Prior roles include Gerente Club Premier Corporativo and Gerente Relacion con Instituciones Financieras at Club Premier from October 2011 to January 2018, as well as Gerente Mundo Premier and Gerente Promocion y Patrocinios at Aeromexico between 2004 and 2011. Michel holds a Diplomado in Estrategia comercial from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and a Posgrado in Mercadotecnia from the Universidad Tecnológica de México.
