Nitin R's work experience includes working at G7 CR Technologies as a Cluster Lead - Cloud Sales, where they specialize in migration, modernization, and implementing new services on Microsoft Azure. Nitin also has experience as a Senior Cloud Solutions Specialist at the same company. Nitin R has worked at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) as a Key Account Manager, where they were responsible for creating media plans, increasing business growth, and managing national level events. Prior to that, they worked at G7 CR Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Development Manager.

Nitin R began their education at Presidency School in 1993 and completed their school education in 2006. Nitin then attended Seshadripuram Composite PU College in India from 2006 to 2008, where they studied Electronics for their Pre-University Course (PUC). Nitin went on to pursue an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ramaiah Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Finally, they attended Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2014, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Sales & Marketing.
