Kellie Chambers

Kellie Chambers is the Co-Founder, President, and COO of G7 Service Group, a role held since April 2025, focused on establishing scalable operations and a culture centered on excellence. Prior to G7 Service Group, Kellie served as President & COO and Executive Vice President at MSI from June 2022 to March 2025, and held the position of Vice President of Strategic Planning at Bass Security Services, Inc. from October 2019 to May 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President at MC Group and spending 17 years at Safeguard Properties, where Kellie was Assistant Vice President of Property Preservation. Kellie holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Cleveland State University, attained between 1998 and 2015, and possesses extensive expertise in operations administration, policy implementation, client relationship building, and business development.
