Stephanie Mainey

Stephanie Mainey is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Operations Lead at G8 Education Ltd since July 2018. In this role, Stephanie supports the Head of Talent Acquisitions by developing and implementing recruitment strategies aimed at attracting and retaining top talent. Key responsibilities include streamlining recruitment processes and improving candidate experiences. Prior to this, Stephanie held various positions at Westpac Group, including Talent Acquisition Projects Specialist and Program Consultant for HR Strategy & Research, following a significant tenure as Student Programs Manager and Recruitment Associate at Taylor Coulter. Stephanie's career also includes experience as a Consultant at Candle Recruitment and as a Resource Coordinator/Team Lead.
