Andrew Hulbert

Andrew Hulbert is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as the Tech Director for the Federal Portfolio and Chief Engineer at GA-CCRi since April 2014. In this role, Andrew is responsible for the architecture and engineering implementation of large projects, with a strong emphasis on engineering management while also engaging in hands-on coding. Previous experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at Andrew Hulbert, where expertise was demonstrated in Java and Hadoop-based tools, and as a Ruby on Rails Developer for the Morehead-Cain Foundation, focusing on a social networking platform.
