Iris is currently working as the Senior Director & Associate General Counsel at G&A Partners, where they deliver HR, payroll, and benefits services to thousands of businesses and employees across the United States. Prior to this, Iris served as the Senior Legal Counsel and Interim Head of Legal Department at Southwest Key Programs, where they provided legal advice and leadership in various areas, including governance, compliance, risk management, and contract negotiation. Iris also played a significant role in the organization's response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the establishment of a centralized compliance function.

Before their time at Southwest Key Programs, Iris worked as a Senior Attorney at AARP, focusing on litigation, regulatory analysis, and policy counseling related to healthcare, long-term services, housing, and food insecurity. Iris is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago, which is expected to be completed from 2018 to 2022. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPPUS) from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in 2023, and the Certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB)® in June 2021.
