Science College from 1990 to 1992, earning a Bachelor's degree in Science with a focus on Physics. From 1992 to 1994, Junaid pursued a Diploma in Information Systems at the National Computing Centre. In 1998 to 1999, they completed another Diploma, this time in Information Technology, at Swinburne University TAFE. Additionally, Junaid obtained an ITIL Foundation certification from New Horizons Training Institute, although the dates of their completion are not provided.
