Natalie Marino

Natalie Marino began their career at AlphaStaff in 2009, starting as a Benefits Specialist/Benefits Coordinator and eventually progressing to become a Client Technology Manager. In this role, they demonstrated proficiency in analyzing and solving AlphaStaff's business issues and data challenges, reviewing and editing requirements and specifications, and developing functional specifications and system design specifications. Natalie also held positions as a Client Technology Analyst and Benefit Implementation Manager. Prior to joining AlphaStaff, Natalie worked at ADP as a Senior Product Manager from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they are the Director of IT Solutions at G&A Partners, starting in 2023.

Natalie Marino holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Florida State University and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from the University of Phoenix. Natalie also obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in 2022.
