Russ Simatic has over 30 years of experience in various sales and leadership roles. Russ started their career at Otis Elevator Company and worked as a Regional Manager for almost a decade. Russ then joined US West Cellular as a Branch Manager, where they managed sales operations and developed regional partnerships. Russ later became the Vice President and General Manager of the Midwest Area at Sprint PCS, where they had P&L responsibility for a significant operating budget and revenue. After that, they served as the President and CEO of Interactive Solution Providers dba Pulse Wireless, where they focused on wireless solutions and consulting services. Russ also held leadership positions at ESPN and Walt Disney Internet Group - Disney Mobile Div., where they played a crucial role in strategic planning and sales strategy development. Prior to their current position as the Regional Director of Sales - Midwest at G&A Partners, Russ worked at Insperity as a District Manager in Minnesota. Throughout their career, Russ has gained extensive experience in sales, marketing, business development, and team management.
Russ Simatic earned a BBA degree in Business Marketing from the Lubar College of Business between 1978 and 1984. In 2012 and 2013, they completed a Business Performance Advisor Certification program at the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business. Before that, from 1976 to 1978, they pursued a Mechanical Design Internship at Milwaukee Area Technical College, earning a degree in Mech Design.
