Julie Schrodt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic communications and executive search consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Search Consultant at Greenwood Asher & Associates since September 2021, Julie collaborates with clients to identify and recruit top-tier talent for executive positions in higher education. Prior roles include Executive Director of Strategic Communications at Northwest Florida State College, where Julie developed and implemented strategic communications plans to enhance the college's brand, and positions in donor relations, web content, and marketing. Julie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from the University of Florida and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University.
