Ana Zapata

Ana Zapata is an experienced communication professional with over 16 years in the field, currently serving as Communication Manager at GAES since January 2007. In this role, Ana designs communication strategies tailored to Spain within the global framework of the organization, coordinating plans for various audiences including clients, employees, and media. Previously, Ana held positions as Digital Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator and Public Relations and Social Media Manager at GAES, focusing on communication plan execution and media relations. Between 2005 and 2007, Ana worked at Atento España managing a telemarketing team and gained early production experience at BTV. Ana holds a Master's degree in Communication Management from EADA Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, complemented by a teaching certificate in Social Sciences and History.
