Ruben Barreto Villaveces has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at GAES since April 2021. Prior to this role, Ruben worked at Findasense as the Regional Culture & People Happiness, Innovation Leader, where the focus was on enhancing customer experiences for Fortune 500 companies. Previous positions include IT Talent Acquisition Consultant at Experis, HR Generalist at Baxalta, and HR Generalist at Expreso Viajes y Turismo. Ruben holds two Master's degrees in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de La Sabana.
