Sebastiraj Arulanandu is a seasoned software development leader with extensive experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and software architecture. Currently serving as Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj previously held the position of Director - Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa from January 2016 to September 2020, where responsibilities included managing BPM-Pega presales and consulting solutions. Prior roles include Senior Architect at Lloyds TSB, Senior Solutions Architect at Wipro Technologies, and key architectural positions at FedEx Services, MasterCard, and Level 3 Communications, focusing on BPM and process optimization. Sebastiraj began their career as a Software Engineer at Nucleus Software and later contributed to product development at Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
