Tim Sowecke

Tim Sowecke is a highly experienced energy and environmental lawyer currently serving as a shareholder at GableGotwals since January 2024. Sowecke specializes in assisting clients across various sectors, including energy, chemical, manufacturing, and agriculture, with federal and state litigation as well as regulatory compliance involving comprehensive environmental laws such as the Clean Water Act and the National Environmental Policy Act. Prior to this role, Sowecke was a shareholder at Crowe & Dunlevy, focusing on environmental regulatory compliance and litigation. Additional experience includes serving as a law clerk for the Wyoming Supreme Court and a summer associate in oil and gas law. Sowecke holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law and a Master of Environment and Natural Resources degree from the University of Wyoming.
