Varan Pathmanathan

Varan Pathmanathan is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader, currently serving as CEO & Founder of Purpose Agency since September 2018, focusing on creating transformative experiences for businesses and stakeholders. In addition to this role, Varan is actively involved with several organizations, including Gabler AS as a Ledelseskonsulent, where optimization of processes is prioritized, and as a Board Member & Co-founder of KindShare, dedicated to fostering community support. Previous roles include senior executive positions at Kvasir Technologies and 2021.AI, and contributions as an External Lecturer on Impact Investing at DIS - Study Abroad. Varan's educational background consists of a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Informatics from Aalborg University, along with a College Degree in Maths, Physics, Communication & IT from AARHUS TECH, complemented by a brief stint as a Research Assistant at the University of Melbourne in Interaction Design.
