Ileana Morales

Ileana Morales is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Controller at Gables Engineering since July 2015, Ileana previously held the position of Accounting Manager at Navarro Discount Pharmacies from October 2007 to July 2015, where responsibilities included cash reconciliation, daily cash flow preparation, and supervision of eight employees through training and evaluation. Additional roles include Account Officer at RG Premier Bank (2005-2006) and Market Risk Analyst at Banco Santander (2004-2005). Ileana holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
