Elliot Mortell

Elliot Mortell is an experienced community and property manager with a robust background in residential management. Currently serving as Community Manager at Gables Residential since March 2021, Elliot previously held the position of Property Manager at Bozzuto from July 2019 to March 2021. Prior to that, Elliot worked at Samuels & Associates from January 2011 to June 2019, progressing from Assistant General Manager to General Manager. Elliot began the career as a Leasing Consultant at Riverstone Residential Group from November 2009 to December 2010. Elliot holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Quinnipiac University, earned between 2004 and 2008, and completed high school education at Wachusett Regional High School from 2000 to 2004.
