Shane Polk

Shane Polk is the Vice President of Facilities Management responsible for all capital expenditures, unit renovations and value add projects across the portfolio. Shane has over 20 years of multi-faceted construction and development experience. Since joining Gables in 2012, Shane has renovated over 5,000 apartment homes and completed over 100 million dollars in capital projects. Prior to joining Gables in 2012, Shane served as a Fiduciary Real Estate Consultant, as Senior Project Manager of Development at Post properties, as Director of Renovations at The Rolyn Companies, and Project Manager at the Franciscus Companies. Shane served in the United States Navy while attending Central Texas college, studying Business and Construction Management.
