Teresa Meuter

Teresa recently joined the Gables Residential team as Vice President of Third Party Accounting bringing nearly 20 years of multi-family industry experience. Most recently, Teresa worked with an Atlanta based vertically integrated real estate company as Vice President of Accounting. She led three distinct teams overseeing corporate and property accounting as well as information systems. She also oversaw the company's income tax and investor reporting process. Teresa also has prior experience in third party accounting as both Vice President and Controller where she worked with a variety of clients including institutional, regional and private investment groups. Teresa has a strong focus on process improvement, technology and building strong teams with a customer service focused mindset. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in both Florida and Georgia.
