Rohit Arora

Mr. Rohit Arora is a Director of the Group Supervisory Board (GSB). He is the Chairman of the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee, and a Member of the Personnel Committee of the GSB.

Rohit has long standing career in Business Process Management Services, Investment Banking and Management Consulting. Rohit has cross functional experience in dealing with large multinational corporations including several Fortune 500 corporations.

Rohit is the Founder-Chairman of Silverskills Private Limited, a company that provides BPM solutions to companies in the Financial and Healthcare Services sectors across the globe. Earlier, Rohit was the Managing Director and Country Head of AIA Capital India Private Limited, (a member company of AIG). He began his career as a Management Consultant with A.F. Ferguson & Co., the then correspondents of KPMG in India.

Rohit is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and serves as an independent non-executive director on the Boards of Indian and Multinational Companies.
