Erin has over 14 years’ experience in employment and workplace relations. Having previously led the workplace team at a boutique construction firm and director of a boutique workplace relations practice, Erin is able to offer practical, timely and strategic advice to her clients. A key area of Erin’s expertise is her delivery of workplace training and assistance with cultural and workplace change.

Since 2018, Erin has been teaching Law of Employment, Anti-Discrimination Law and Labour Regulation at the University of Wollongong and is a casual academic at Macquarie University.
Erin is regularly asked to speak at events where she shares her skills and experience, including regularly chairing the Employment Law Matters HR Masterclass.
