Robert Szczypa

Robert Szczypa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of PPM & Supply Chain Projects and Director of Procurement & Performance Management at GADOT Group since February 2019, Robert has previously held significant roles at VLS-Group including Procurement & Performance Manager Europe, Customer Service Manager, and Customer Service Team Leader from August 2009 to January 2019. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Customer Service Representative at Miltenyi Biotec and an International Logistics Coordinator at Erich Weiss Spedition. Robert holds a Master of Science in Logistics & Supply Chain Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the same institution, alongside additional leadership and economic development programs from the University of Cape Town.
