Rohit Saini

Rohit Saini currently serves as the Head of the Human Resources Department at Gadre Marine Export Pvt Ltd, overseeing various functions including Industrial Relations, Labour Law, Strategic HR Planning, and Union Disputes since October 2024. Prior to this role, Rohit held the position of Corporate HR Head at The Kute Group from July 2020 to September 2024, where responsibilities included similar HR functions along with managing manpower planning and resolving union disputes. Rohit's experience also includes serving as Head of Human Resources at Sanvijay Rolling & Engineering Limited, focusing on core HR operations and statutory compliance, as well as positions at Eastern International Group and Temptation Foods Ltd., where recruitment, staffing, and compliance were key areas of focus. Rohit holds a Bachelor of Science in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Fergusson College and two MBAs, one from Alagappa University and another in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
