Octavia Ash

Octavia Ash currently serves as Office Manager for the Gadsden County Board of County Commissioners since October 2022. Prior to this role, Octavia held various positions including Program Logistics Coordinator at Tallahassee Community College, Career Development Specialist at the Department of Corrections-TCC, and Operations Secretary at Gadsden Correctional Facility. Octavia also worked as a Secretary Specialist with the Florida Department of Corrections and resumed the role of Program Logistics Coordinator at Tallahassee Community College earlier in their career. The educational background includes a Bachelor of Education in Elementary and Special Education from Flagler College, as well as Associate degrees in Early Childhood Education and Teaching and General Transfer from Tallahassee State College.
