Justin Nguyen

Justin Nguyen has worked as an Industrial Engineer II at GAF Energy since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Hyve Solutions as a Process Engineer II from May 2019 to August 2022. At Hyve Solutions, Justin led process improvement projects to enhance production cycle time and eliminate non-value-added processes and waste. Justin also provided line balancing based on product complexity, manpower analysis, and infrastructure needs.

Justin Nguyen attended San Jose State University from 2012 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology/Technician. Additionally, during their time at the university, Justin also pursued a minor in Business. In November 2020, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from ExpertRating Inc. and in December 2017, they earned a TestOut Certified Network Pro certification from TestOut Corporation.
