Kevin Devor

Kevin Devor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Kevin currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at GAF Energy as of February 2023. Prior to this role, they were a Senior HR Business Partner at GAF Energy starting in February 2022.

Before joining GAF Energy, Kevin worked at Tesla as a Senior Program Manager from September 2020 to February 2022. In this role, they were responsible for leading a learning and development team to produce workshops and training content for people leaders in the Energy Operations Team. Kevin also collaborated with HR, EHS, and Operations to plan initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and engagement.

Kevin also has experience working for Amazon as an Operations Manager from October 2019 to September 2020. Kevin started their career at Tesla as a Delivery Manager from January 2019 to May 2019.

Their longest tenure was at Apple, where they held various roles. Kevin was a Senior Manager from July 2010 to January 2019 and a Manager from March 2009 to July 2010. Prior to that, they were an Enterprise Account Executive from June 2007 to March 2009, responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for top Fortune 100 accounts. Kevin also served as a Lead Business Consultant at Apple from November 2005 to June 2007.

Kevin Devor has a strong educational background in business and literature. In 2003, they attended Columbia University and earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Comparative English Literature. Following their time at Columbia, in 2006, they completed a Summer Business Bridge Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Finally, in 2014, they participated in the Tuck Executive Education - Essentials of Management Leadership Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
