Lucy Hao

Lucy Hao is a seasoned professional in manufacturing program management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Program Manager at GAF Energy, Lucy leads the design and establishment of the Timberline Solar manufacturing facility, focusing on high-volume production and advanced automation. Prior experience includes managing crucial operations for multiple iterations of the Apple Watch at Apple, where Lucy optimized manufacturing processes and earned the Q2 2020 Unsung Heroes Award. Additionally, Lucy has a background in advanced manufacturing engineering at 3M, where responsibilities included managing medical device production and implementing LEAN Six Sigma improvements. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and an Associate’s degree from the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science.
