Arbab H. Khan has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and industries. Arbab H. started their career in 2004 as a United States Marine, where they took on various responsibilities including controlling borders, operating weapons, evaluating terrain, and leading missions. Arbab H. was deployed to Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom and received an Honorable Discharge with the rank of E-4.

In 2009, Arbab transitioned to the civilian sector and worked as a Lead Event Coordinator at Volcanik Entertainment. Arbab H. demonstrated strong planning and coordination skills while organizing both large and small events within budget.

From 2009 to 2016, Arbab was employed at Dynasty Corporation Ltd as a Project Manager, managing multiple properties and overseeing compliance with regulations.

In 2016, they joined GAF as an IT Project Coordinator and later took on the role of Project Manager/Scrum Master. Arbab H. played a significant role in the Agile Transformation by training over 300 users on the Scrum Framework and Agile Methodology. Arbab also focused on driving process improvement, communication, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure project objectives were met.

Throughout their career, Arbab has acquired certifications such as PSM (Professional Scrum Master), CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).

Arbab H. Khan, PSM, CSPO, ITIL has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus, which was obtained between 2015 and 2017. In addition to their degree, Arbab has obtained several certifications including Developing the Attitudes of Leadership from Dale Carnegie Training in 2021, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in March 2019, and PSM 1 from Scrum.org in 2018.
