Justin Dunlap has extensive experience in leadership roles within the manufacturing and specialty products industries. Currently serving as President of Specialty Products and Services at GAF since September 2025, Justin previously held multiple positions at Specialty Granules LLC, including President and Vice President of Operations, contributing to the company's growth from December 2005 until October 2025. Prior to this, Justin gained diverse expertise at Specialty Granules LLC in various technical and managerial roles from August 1999 to June 2005, and earlier experience included positions at Summit Health and Frick Industrial Refrigeration. Justin holds an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from Mount St. Mary's University.
