Kimberly Santiago

Kimberly Santiago is an experienced professional in program management and instructional design, currently serving as a Program Manager for the Roofing Academy at GAF since September 2022. Prior roles include managing positions at Roofing Contractor and Smart Roofing Services LLC from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, Kimberly has a strong academic background, having worked as an Associate Researcher and Instructor at The Ohio State University from 2012 to 2017, and held various instructional roles at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez from 2007 to 2012. Kimberly's education includes an Education Specialist degree from The Ohio State University, a Master of Arts in English Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, along with a recent Pre-Licensure in Real Estate from Columbus State Community College.
