Ming-Liang Shiao

Ming-Liang Shiao is an accomplished R&D Manager in Shingle Innovations at GAF since March 2014, following a decade-long tenure as a Senior Principal Research Engineer at CertainTeed Corp. from January 2004 to January 2014. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Principal Research Engineer at Saint-Gobain from October 1993 to December 2003. Ming-Liang Shiao earned a Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 1989 and 1993 and holds additional educational credentials from National Taipei University of Technology.
