Paula Kolesar

Paula Kolesar (Bonanno) is an accomplished Location Planner at Dress Barn since January 2017, with extensive experience in retail allocation and planning. Previously, Kolesar held the position of Allocator at Kate Spade & Company, where responsibilities included optimizing product allocations and analyzing sales patterns. Kolesar also gained valuable experience at C. Wonder and Bed Bath & Beyond, managing store allocations and forecasts, and has a strong background in leadership and visual merchandising from roles at Lucky Brand Jeans and adidas group. Kolesar graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Delaware and completed a Master of Arts in Fashion & Textile Studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
