Suzanne Winter

Suzanne Winter is a seasoned professional in change management and transformation initiatives, currently serving as the Director of Change Management at GAF since December 2023. Previously, at PVH Corp., Suzanne held the role of Senior Director - Transformation Enablement, successfully launching a Center of Excellence for change management and training, overseeing major projects including SAP and Microsoft 365. With extensive experience, Suzanne has led global training initiatives at PVH Corp. and optimized supply chain processes at Dress Barn. Earlier roles include leadership positions at Fifth & Pacific Companies, Liz Claiborne, and Polo Ralph Lauren, where Suzanne focused on business process improvement, change integration, and training development. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Scranton.
