Gordon Miller, CGCE, has a strong background in credit and collections management. Gordon began their career in 1996 at ISP, where they served as a Credit Manager overseeing Domestic and International Credit, Collections, and Accounts Receivable. During their time at ISP, they successfully implemented Credit and Accounts Receivable modules in the AS400 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

In 2011, Miller joined Ashland, Inc. as the Manager for North America Credit. In this role, they managed Domestic and International Credit and Collections with a portfolio of $600MM. Gordon also supervised a team of 38 employees across 6 locations, including Canada and Mexico. Miller played a crucial role in various projects related to the SAP ERP system, such as the global implementation of the Receivables Management Module and the integration of acquisitions.

Most recently, Miller worked at Gaffney-Kroese Supply Co. as the Director of Credit and Collections. In this role, they directed Domestic and International Credit, Collections, and Accounts Receivable for the company. Gordon was also a member of the Executive Committee, responsible for presenting restructuring plans to ownership. Miller made significant contributions, improving Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and receivables performance.
