Sheyla Castro Resende

Sheyla Castro Resende is currently the VP of HR Management at Gafisa SA. Sheyla has held this position since September 2019. Prior to that, they were the Director of Gestão & RH from July 2010 to September 2011. From October 2011 to April 2019, they were the Coordenadora de Obras.

Sheyla began their career as a Trainee at Gafisa in January 2010 and became an Engenheira de Obras six months later. In April 2019, they became the Gerente de Gestão e Qualidade.

Sheyla has also worked as a Pesquisadora de Iniciação Científica at Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora from March 2008 to December 2009. During their time there, they helped develop a research project in the area of construction materials with the help of computational modeling. Sheyla also presented a scientific article at the "Congresso Português de Argamassa da Construção" in Lisbon in 2010 and in Coimbra in 2012.

Sheyla Castro Resende reports to Roberto Luz Portella, CEO & Investor Relations Officer. They work with Fábio Luís Garbossa Francisco - Head of Engineering, Guilherme Pesenti - Director Of Business Development, and Guilherme Benevides - CEO, Grafasa Incorporada e Constructor.
