Blake Swift

Blake Swift is a business development professional with extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Gage Commercial Construction since August 2025, Blake previously held the position of Associate Director at Trinity Real Estate Investment Services from September 2023 to August 2025. Prior experience also includes serving as a Regional Sales Specialist - Investment Sales at Waller Group from June 2021 to August 2023. Blake obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, completing studies in 2021.
