Tracey R. Deagle

Tracey R. Deagle, PhD, serves as the Superintendent for Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools since 2022. Previously, Tracey held positions as an Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at Mercer University and as an Adjunct Professor at Miami University and the University of Dayton. Prior to this, Tracey was the Deputy Superintendent and Principal at Dublin City Schools, also serving as Assistant Principal at Hilliard City School District. Tracey has experience as a teacher at Van Wert City School District and as a board member for the Ohio Department of Education. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Dayton, a Master of Public Administration from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Bachelor of Education from The Ohio State University.
