Rachel McCoy

Rachel McCoy is a skilled Project Engineer at GAI Consultants, Inc., a position held since June 2018. Prior to this role, Rachel served as a Highway Engineer Trainee in the In-House Design Section at the West Virginia Division of Highways from July 2014 to June 2018. Earlier experience includes a Summer Co-Op at West Virginia DOT from May 2011 to August 2013, focusing on in-house roadway projects.
