Thomas Hartin

Thomas Hartin has extensive experience in municipal construction inspection, currently serving as Lead Construction Tech at GAI Consultants, Inc. since September 2011. Specializing in environmental and safety monitoring for well and impoundment sites, dam site restoration, landslide repair, and water and sewer lines in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, Thomas holds certifications in TROXLER Nuclear Gauge and HAZWOPER. Prior to this role, Thomas worked as a Municipal Inspector at NIRA Engineers, Inc. from May 2003 to June 2011, a CAD Designer at Crouse & Company from May 2002 to May 2004, and a CADD/Project Coordinator at S E Technologies, Inc. from June 1987 to August 1995. Education was completed at Pittsburgh Technical College.
