Lucy Slack

Lucy Slack has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. In 2015, they were the Manager of Group Gear for Harvard Student Agencies, where they managed operations and oversaw billings and payments for Group Gear, a custom clothing business. Lucy expanded the customer base beyond Harvard students to reach businesses and schools across the U.S. and grew revenue by 28% over the previous fiscal year. In 2017, they worked as a Growth Intern for KIPP NYC. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Teach For America Corps Member and Special Education Teacher, where they managed a team of three assistants, designed daily lesson plans, developed relationships with parents, and worked towards their master's degree. Lucy was invited to be a peer mentor to fellow graduate students. Since 2020, they have been the Head of Experience for Gaia, the world's first IVF insurance.

Lucy Slack attended Harvard University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a degree in History with a Secondary in Government. Lucy then attended Relay Graduate School of Education from 2018 to 2020, where they earned an M.A. in Teaching with a specialization in Special Education and Teaching. In October 2020, they obtained a certification in Brand and Marketing Integration from LinkedIn.
