James Geikie

James Geikie has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. James is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer at Gaia Herbs since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at One Better Ventures from 2013 onwards, where they held the position of Partner and also served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Leesa Sleep, a portfolio company of One Better Ventures. James was a Member of the Board of Directors for various companies since September 2016. James has also worked at Burt's Bees, serving as the President and Vice President for different divisions. Additionally, James held the role of Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President - Sales at La Lumiere LLC, which was eventually sold to Johnson & Johnson. James was the Vice President of Consumer and Corporate Marketing at Cree. James began their career at Unilever Home & Personal Care, where they held various marketing and customer management positions.
