Jennifer Mckay

Jennifer Mckay has over 20 years of work experience in the new media, product management, and publishing fields. Jennifer began their career in 2000 as a Multimedia Designer at Spherion. In 2002, they moved to Manning Productions as a New Media Designer. In 2004, they joined Madhava Media as a Sr. New Media Designer. In 2005, they joined Oversee.net and held various roles, including Chief Product Officer for GoDoTrip, Director of Product Management for Travel, a dual role as Product Manager and Lead UX/UI for Travel Properties, Creative Director for DOMAINFest Global Conference, and Senior Web/Graphic Designer. In 2021, they joined Gaia Inc. as a Sr. Publishing Manager.

Jennifer Mckay attended the University of Iowa from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Graphics and Animation. In 1998, they received a Certificate of Study from the American College in London. In 2001, they completed a VB Script course in Chicago. In 2004, they obtained a Certificate in Java Programming from Productivity Point International. In 2010, they received a Marketing and User Experience Certification from Marketing Experiments. Finally, in 2013 to 2014, they completed a UX/User Research Certification from Fullerton College.
