Sai Kiran Toleti has extensive work experience in the technical support and project management fields. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Network Engineer for Nettlinx Ltd before moving on to Dell as a Technical Support Engineer. In 2003, they joined Nipuna Services Limited as a Subject Matter Expert. From 2004 to 2011, they worked for CA Technologies in various roles, including Senior Engineer and Principal Support Engineer. Sai Kiran then became a Manager - Global Customer Success from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, Toleti joined CSS Corp as a Project Manager. Most recently, they are currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Manager at Gaian Consultants since April 2020.

Sai Kiran Toleti pursued their Masters degree in Computer Science from St Domnics High School from 1999 to 2001. In addition, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2020.
