Matt Done is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic and operational roles within the consumer goods sector. Currently serving as an Advisor at Gaia's Farming Co. since May 2023, Matt provides consultancy on strategy, people structure, go-to-market planning, and growth realization. Previously, as General Manager - UK at Planted from October 2021 to April 2023, Matt was instrumental in establishing the UK entity, overseeing total P&L delivery, and leading a diverse team.
