Jérôme 5-Mars

Jérôme 5-Mars, ing., CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently a co-founder at In the Making since April 2025, Jérôme has also taken on positions as an angel investor at gaiia and Palisade since June and December 2023, respectively. Previously, Jérôme served as Fractional CFO at ChrysaLabs and CoeurWay, contributing to CoeurWay's acquisition by MEDFAR. From March 2023 to March 2025, Jérôme was the Head of Fractional CFO Services at Le Chiffre. Prior to these roles, Jérôme held the positions of CFO/COO at oxio, leading to a successful $100 million exit to Cogeco Inc, and CFO/COO at DVG Brands. Additionally, Jérôme worked as a Venture Capital Senior Analyst at Fonds Innovexport earlier in the career. An alumnus of Université Laval, Jérôme holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, attained between 2008 and 2012.
